The Texas Rangers play Major League Baseball from April thru October at Ameriquest Field in Arlington - recognized as an architectural tribute to America's pastime.

The open-air stadium that is home to the Texas Rangers was built with tradition and fan comfort in mind, with a home run porch in right field where every kid has a chance to catch a ball and a TGI Friday's Front Row Sports Grill where every mom can catch a break away from the Texas sun.

Dallas Desperados

The Dallas Desperados of the Arena Football League (AFL) are an exciting new addition to the professional sporting landscape of the Dallas area - and the newest entry into the nation's most rapidly growing professional sports league.

The AFL and the Dallas Desperados offer a contemporary mix of athletic competition and entertainment in a format that is affordable and family oriented, while also widely popular among young adults. It's America's favorite sport at its fastest pace.

The season kicks off in February and runs through the play-offs and Arena Bowl (league championship game), which is played in June.

The Frisco Rough Riders  are currently the Class AA affiliate of the Texas Rangers major league baseball club. The team plays in the Texas League, assigned to the South Division.

They currently play at the Dr Pepper Ballpark in Frisco. Opened on April 3, 2003, the stadium seats 10,600 fans. The stadium is both unique and innovative; both bullpens are surrounded by seats and there is a pool area available for rental just beyond the right center field wall.
