Welcome to "About Us".   Debbie, my beautiful wife for the past 46 years, and I are glad that you are interested in learning more about us.

We are currently working in both the Allen/McKinney/Van Alstyne corridor and the Lubbock  markets.  We are excited to be working hard in the great state of Texas!

Having married while at Abilene Christian University, and after a very brief career with the Dallas Cowboys (ask me what Tom Landry was really like?), we immediately set our sights on our dream, to provide the best service for clients who wanted to build their dream home.   After 40 years in the business, we're quite certain we've mastered the essence of how to provide those services professionally, in an affordable and efficient way.

As to building that dream home, we work with our clients from site selection, to orientation, plan development, including,  room associations, spatial considerations, colors/textures of amenities....all the way through landscaping, to handing the keys to the client.  We're looking forward to expanding our boundaries to working with the fine folks of Lubbock, and surrounding area, to continue to provide the highest quality of living environments. 

Debbie is our "secret weapon", as she has a natural feel for interior design, and can help the client be comfortable throughout the involved process of selections.  She's happy to be involved at whatever level of service a client may want, from doing it all for you, or she can simply help the client in achieving their own vision.  Having seen her work, and having staged many model homes, many builders have requested her services, but she is exclusively dedicated to promoting our brand.  She is, exclusively available here, and an integral part of the process!

Having started early, building in South Garland, then moving to the oil patch in Midland, Texas, we evolved into a team, having built the clubhouse, model homes, and the first 25 (+/-) homes in Polo Park.  Subsequently, after the collapse of oil in 1983, we set our sights back to the Dallas market, settling on the Lovejoy ISD area, to fully bloom into "how we do/ what we do" today.   While there, in addition to building beautiful dream homes, we developed some of the most desirable subdivisions in the Lovejoy ISD market.  First, there was Ascot Heath, a 1 acre lot subdivision, which was the first "concrete street" subdivision in the city of Fairview, Texas.  Following Ascot Heath, another heavily wooded 15 acres became available, which we aptly named The Woods of Ascot Heath.  Additional developments include, Paul's Park in Fairview, The Commons of Camden in Collin County, as well as Tokalaun Park & Estuary in Lucas.   Additionally, we developed Paradise Ranch, a luxury, gated 10 acre equestrian development, also in Collin County.  Finally, we have done a considerable amount of acreage site planning/development for landowners who desire professional layout/design of their property.
