are currently developing and building in the North Texas
area, concentrating on the explosive growth we see for the Van Alstyne
area, and the entire North Texas markets. We are excited to be
back in this part of the great state of Texas,
developing and building the Blue Hills of Van Alstyne!
Having married while at
Abilene Christian University, and after a very brief career with
the Dallas Cowboys (ask me what Tom Landry was really like?), we
quickly set our sights on our dream, which was to provide the best
service for clients who wanted to build their dream
home. After 45 years in the business, we've
worked hard to master the essence of how to
deliver those services
an efficient and affordable way.
While building that dream home, we work with our clients from site
selection, to orientation, to plan development, including,
room sizes and associations, and including colors/textures of
amenities....all the way through landscaping and pools, finally
keys to the smiling client. We're looking forward to expanding our
boundaries to working with the fine folks of Van Alstyne, and
the surrounding area, to continue to provide the highest quality of
living environments, and quite possibly the "best of Van
my wife, has always been my "secret
weapon", and the reason for our success. She was born
with a natural for the feel for interior design, and helps our clients be comfortable throughout the involved
process of selections. She's willing and able to be involved at whatever
level of service a client may want, from doing it all for you, or simply helping
client achieve their own vision. Each owner is unique! Having
witnessed her creations, and having staged many model homes, many builders have
requested her services. However, she is exclusively dedicated to
promoting our brand. Therefore she is, exclusively available
through Paul Billingsly, Builders,
and an integral part of our process!
early, building in
South Garland in 1975, then moving to the oil patch of Midland, Texas, we
evolved into a team, that works closely together with our
clients. Having built the clubhouse, several model homes,
and the first 25 (+/-)
homes in Polo Park, as well
as many contract "build jobs", and multiple "build jobs" for
others in other subdivisions.
Subsequent to the collapse of oil in 1983, we set our sights back to the
Dallas market, settling on the Lovejoy ISD area (Fairview and
Lucas), to fully bloom
into "how we do/ what we do" today. While there, in
addition to building comfortable, beautiful dream homes, we developed some of
the most desirable subdivisions in what was a sleepy, quaint Lovejoy ISD market.
Today it enjoys a booming market, for which we are willing to take a small
amount of the credit!
First, there was
"Ascot Heath", a 1 acre lot subdivision,
which was the first "concrete street" subdivision in the city of
Fairview, Texas. Following "Ascot Heath", another heavily
wooded 15 acres became available, which we aptly named "The Woods of
Ascot Heath". Additional developments include, "Paul's Park"
in Fairview, "The Commons of Camden" in Collin County, as well as
"Tokalaun Park & Estuary in Lucas". Additionally,
we have developed "Paradise Ranch", a luxury, gated 10 acre equestrian development, also
in Collin County. Finally, we have built in many other
subdivisions such as "Oakwood Estates", "River Oaks", and "Fox Glen"
in Fairview, as well as in the cities of Lucas, Allen, Plano,
McKinney, Princeton, and Frisco. Finally, we have also done a considerable
amount of acreage site
planning and development for landowners who desire professional
layout/design of their property for their dream home!
